Form a bowling team and participate in the bowling tournament! The team entry
fee is $100 per team of 4 and includes an official event t-shirt, three rounds of
bowling and shoe rental.
If you are unable to make the 2012 MADD Rock 'N' Bowl, be a "Virtual Bowler"!
For a $20 entry fee, you will compete against other virtual bowlers! Invite your
family and friends to purchase a strike, spare or pin towards your bowling game
score. The virtual bowler with the highest score will win a fabulous prize!
To register your team or to register as a "Virtual Bowler", fill out the entry form
below and mail it back to the MADD Gateway office (2040 Woodson Road, Suite
201; Overland, MO 63114) with your entry fee or click on the link below. If you
are registering online as a "Virtual Bowler", click on the INDIVIDUAL tab to
register.
